What an excellent night (and day) it was at Dusk till Dawn.
Congrats to Liam for beating over 140 people to come 8th and also to Leanne for cashing, well done both. Unfortunately I myself guys ended up being blinded out virtually! I got moved tables, never got a hand and ended up having to go all in with Ace Queen only to be beat by Ace King!
However, I sincerely hope that everyone enjoyed the event as much as I did. From boarding the coach in Grimsby, the atmosphere was excellent and I would just like to thank each and everyone of you for such an enjoyable evening. Oh and you Matt Hill !!!
Thanks to Bruce and Craig for organising the trip to Dusk till Dawn. A most enjoyable evening at a fantastic venue, only ruined by the poor run of hands. The Poker Gods did not smile kindly on me with the cards on Thursday night (how many 2′s are there in a pack of cards??).
Congratulations to Liam and Leanne for their sterling efforts and cashing in what was obviously a far from “Beginers” night with a high standard of players.
Looking forward to tonight (Sat 21st) and hopefully another trip to DTD in the very near future.
