Havent updated my blog my form has been poor so nothing much to tell but in that time Bruce Ewan has been on a real heater and is on his way to kilarney for the ladbrokes festival.
Also a special mention for one of our members Chris Pratt who is also doing nicely online with two 2nds and a 3rd in 300plus mtts.

In the end apart from a 7th in caesars megastack for $3300 in tournies and satellites vegas was a dissappointment .Cash games were easy as always in Vegas as long as you select well so next year ill play one tourney the ME and cash the rest of time.
Getting back home i find that bruce aka _oldgit_ has struck a rich vein of form which in fairness he has been overdue winning 2 tournies and a 2nd and 3rd must be 10k up for the month(lol).
Also a quick word for a few of our members Chris Pratt has found his feet online reaching FTS after also winning at the Bradley.
In our poker leagues (smooth) Rob Cocking dominates with (pistol) pete Schofield also in blistering form.

Call it jet lag whatever but im sure up early tuesday so i mooch down to Venetian where i sit down in cash while i wait for $330 megastack to start,and in no time im $270up running like god .
Easy i think ermmm wait a minute 12 hours later i suck out on the river to the case jack for approx 60th from 962 runners, im gutted with 72k .to the winner.
So on to Caesars today for their $330 deepstack where im quickly beaten by a royal flush on turn and river.My ace ten clubs flop ace hearts 10 diamonds 9hearts ,my oppo pushes with king queen of hearts ,turn brings 10hearts river jack of hearts.
I walk away from table numb .
Still numb i stumble to cash tables where i sit down to promptley run $300 down when a guy hits his nut flush.Luckily i grind it back and take a food break .As i write im not sure or not whether to dip my toe in water again for the day(lol).

Came good right at the end of may with 3 good results in Full Tilt winning the $40double stack freezeout and coming 2nd and 4th in the 15kguaranteed in 300+fields

.Then in Poker Stars coming 7th in the 40kguaranteed from 900 runners.

VIVA LAS VEGAS

On friday managed to win the $10 rebuy on Betsafe from 418 runners picking up $2500 in the process followed on sunday by 2nd in ladbrokes $50 freeezeout for $982.
So not a bad week after picking up my Las Vegas package with Ladbrokes which includes 3 satellites into the WSOP main event and $5000 spending money.
I love Las Vegas and im counting the days down like a child for christmas.

All the buses coming along at once as always turning the month around bigtime.
Just watched Bruce come 9th in 6.5k guaranteed muppet hits a miracle flush (so sik ).

After the 4 way deal saturday and a late night Bruce satellites me into the skalie deepstack.Bruce really is quite an expert at satellites which are an integral for players looking to build their bankroll from MTTS.
So to the game and with 15 players left ive built my stack from 10000 to 40000 when i raise with pocket 2s and the hyperactive scandi chip leader with 55000 calls me ,flop comes 972 rainbow .
At this point i know the scandi will call at least both my continuation bets so i lead out with 3/4 pot bet .BINGO HE RAISES (LOL).
So i reraise ,then bang he puts me allin with his pocket kings.
My trips hold up catapulting me to chip leader at 85k and would you believe give or take i stayed within 20k of this till coming heads up for the tournament though now i had a 4-1 chip deficit.
I had one chance to make a dent in lead when i had 35hearts flop came 46q(2 hearts) so i led out hoping for raise on which id shove,problem was he flat called .Then without consulting my brain i lead only to be shoved on for my tournament life.
I fold and rabbit cam shows 7 hearts ,my boat had sailed still nevertheless 2nd and $960 was good.
So to the $150000 on ladbrokes and bang im chip leader with 500 left from a 1000 runners.Then with all going swimmingly for the weekend bang along come the scandi numpties to muff me 3 times and im out in 150th.

Well what a nightmare April has been so far probably £500 down and another unsuccessfull stab at Dusk till Dawn deepstack.
That all seems to have changed today ,as i write this im down to last5 in ladbrokes 30k(from 570 runners) .
This is my 6th final of the day and after finding a couple of leaks in my game through video tutorial and listening in the morning to Bruce who made some good points about my game.
